While COVID and other social, racial, and economic challenges continue to impact our world and lives, we hope to provide a positive lens on dealing with these difficulties, as well as resources to help hurdle these challenges.
Join University of Denver’s University College and the Health and Counseling Center for a one-hour webinar covering strategies to navigate stress during school.
Jacaranda Palmateer, director of the Counseling Services department, and Ellen Winiarczyk, academic director and teaching assistant professor of the Nonprofit Leadership program, will examine some of the student data about stress and mental health, review stress management strategies, and identify situations that may necessitate seeking additional help.
