Being an alumnus/a of the University of Denver means having access to numerous resources beyond graduation. From career guidance to discounts, there are many DU resources to help you throughout your career. Whether you are close to campus or live outside of Denver, here is a list of alumni resources.

Free Resume Review
Starting the job search? Get a free resume review from DU Career and Professional Development to get your resume up-to-date. Email your resume in a Word format to alumnicareers@du.edu, and one of DU’s expert career coaches will provide feedback within three business days.

Career Coaching
Have a quick question? Ask a career expert! Sessions may last up to 15 minutes and do not require an appointment. View the schedule and call 303-871-4331 during office hours. Need more in-depth career coaching? Alumni can work with Turning the Corner for career assessments, interview skills, resume writing, LinkedIn updates, and more.

Alumni ID Cards
Live in the Denver area? Alums can check out up to 25 books at the Anderson Academic Commons and use DU databases using an alumni ID card. Alumni ID cards are free and can also be used at the DU bookstore for a 10% discount on clothing, gifts, and supplies.

Discounts
From insurance to travel, DU alumni get a wide range of discounts. If you are visiting the Denver area, you can get discounts on Enterprise Rent-A-Car and selected local hotels in the area. Alums also get discounts on memberships at the Coors Fitness Center and insurance through Liberty Mutual and Aon Health Plus.

Attend Alumni Events Nationwide
There are several DU alumni chapters across the country that host events from holiday parties to networking events. View the upcoming events near you. Looking to connect with an affinity group? Join an Alumni of ACTION group, which provides you the chance to work with your fellow Pioneers of color to enhance opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
