Campus Resources That Should Be on Your Radar
Being a student at the University of Denver means having access to numerous resources at your fingertips. From career guidance to research help, there are many DU resources available to help fit the needs of busy students. Whether you are close to campus or online, here is a list of resources to take advantage of.
Writing Center
The Writing Center is the go-to place on campus for writing help. Get individual or group consultations on any writing assignment, at any stage of the writing process. Make an appointment at 303-871-7456 or online. Can’t make it to campus? Students can use Zoom to get writing assistance.
Library and Research Services
The Research Center offers guidance for any step of the research process from refining a topic to creating a reference guide. Take a workshop on campus or get one-on-one help with a research consultant either in person, on the phone, or through Zoom.
Veterans Services
Veterans Services is the primary point of contact for any military or veteran-related issues. Veteran Services Coordinator, Damon Vine, can assist you in person or over the phone. University College Career Advisor
Students get access to an expert career advisor through the DU Career Services. Andrew Gupton is the current career advisor for University College students. Meet with Andrew either in person or over the phone and get help with resumes and cover letters, job searching, interview preparation, salary negotiation, and more.
